Empty tri-proof LED light fixtures allow us to place our LED tubes inside so that they are protected from any external factors that may be dust or water.
It's extensively used in all sorts of installations, be them indoors or outdoors, where we require high quality and resistant lighting. We can find them in industrial warehouses, supermarkets or garages, to name a few examples.
They're made of polycarbonate, they feature a high resistance to heat and also to knocks and they are also very easy to install.
Within our range of fittings for tubes we'll be able to find empty sealed fittings for one or two tubes, all with different dimensions.
The connection of these lamps requires the remaking of the wiring as illustrated below: The ballast and the starter are eliminated and the two cables of the electrical network are connected directly to the two pins of one end of the tube.
Part 1
Turn off the device and make sure that no electricity flows.
LED Tubes Installation - Part 1
The installation of ferromagnetic fluorescent tubes is carried out with the starter outside the reactor. However, there is also the possibility of installing LED tubes using the LED starter. The connection of these lamps is simple as it only requires the replacement of a traditional starter with an LED starter and of the neon tube with an LED tube, as well as modification of the installation by eliminating the ballast * (if present - part 1.b)
