SIGNAL PLANS

Benaht Italy is able to offer the services and tools for a programmed and personalized management of the signal park.
Through the proposal of a complete range of services, Benaht Italy intends to offer a precise and immediate response to the needs of the road owners, who have the obligation to provide for the affixing and maintenance of road signs, in order to guarantee the safety and fluidity of circulation.
For this purpose, the company offers its customers the following activities:
 
*  cadastre of the park signals that consists in the census of the systems of road signs, prior identification of the area of ​​intervention, the choice of the type to be registered
*  (vertical, horizontal, semaphore and advertising signs) and of the information to be collected. It is possible to integrate the survey with the photographic image of the plant;
drafting of the signaling plan that includes the stacking of the signal park, the addition of basic services for the regularization of any discrepancy with the New Highway Code and the scheduling of maintenance interventions. The project is therefore drawn up according to the following points:
1)  identification of the areas and facilities involved in the intervention;2)  acquisition of the floor plans of the places and information useful for the road test of particular critical traffic situations, provided by the client;
3)  surveying and forecasting of possible refurbishment interventions, for the standardization of existing signals;
4)  identification of new plants and / or removal of existing ones for the adaptation of the road network to the safety principles and the rules of the New Highway Code;

*  management of the signal park offering the opportunity, in particular to small administrations, of an external management of the signal park, allowing to plan the operating and maintenance costs. The service is based on the drafting of a signaling plan charged to Benaht Italy and the establishment of a long-term and continuous relationship with the Administration for the conservation, updating and interrogation of all project information; specialized consultancy, as a support service to all the owners of the roads and to the structures operating in the mobility sector, Benaht Italy guarantees the professionalism of its technicians for the analysis and development of solutions suitable for the resolution of problems related to the apposition of road signs, according to the regulations laid down by the New Highway Code.

MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL ROAD SIGNS

Horizontal RL / QD measurement with retroreflectometer of night and day visibility and at the same time ambient temperature and relative humidity. Measurement and control of the refraction of vertical road signs as well as high visibility clothing and retro-reflective materials.
