1500mm (5ft) 24W T8 LED Tube with Radar Motion Detection / Turns OFF (100lm/w)

Description

This 24W T8 LED Tube uses a radar motion detection system, emits a brightness of 2,400 lumens and has a 30,000 hour lifespan. It comes with a translucent cover and provides a cool white light.

Thanks to its incorporated radar sensor, the light turns ON whenever it detects movement at a 160º angle and at a distance of 8 metres. The tube turns OFF when no motion is detected within range (180° and 8 metres), and 30 or 40 seconds have passed.

The radar sensor has high accuracy and range and can be used in enclosed fixtures.

The 85V-265V AC Multi-Voltage refers to peaks and drops. The tubes cannot continuously function at these voltages.

T8 LED Tube Installation

How to connect an LED tube with one side connection eliminating Ferromagnetic/Electronic ballast

Connecting these tubes requires the re-wiring of the fluorescent lamp as follows: The ballast, the starter and the two mains cables are removed and plugged directly into the two pins at one end of the tube.

Part 1
Turn off the power, checking that no electrical current is flowing.

LED Tube Installation - Part 1

Part 2
Remove the ballast and starter.

LED Tube Installation - Part 2

Part 3
Connect the PHASE (brown, black or grey wire) to a pin (1 of the 2 metal studs) at one end of the lamp holder and the NEUTRAL (blue wire) to the other pin at the same end of the lamp holder. Insert the LED tube with the end indicated by a label into the wired lamp holder. Turn on and check that your new LED tube lights up.

How to connect LED tubes one-side with LED starter Ferromagnetic/Electronic ballasts

Ferromagnetic fluorescent tube systems have the starter positioned outside the ballast. Alternatively, it is possible to install the LED tubes using the LED starter (included in the product). The connection of these lamps are simple, you only need to change the starter for a LED starter, the fluorescent tube for the LED tube, modify a connection and remove the capacitor* (if available, part1.b).

Part 1
Turn off the power, checking that no electrical current is flowing.

Part 1.b
Remove the capacitor.

Part 2
Connect Ballast and Led Starter.

Part 3
Replace the starter with the LED starter and the fluorescent tube with the LED tube. Turn on and check that your new LED tube lights up.

How to connect LED tube with two-sided connection eliminating Ferromagnetic/Electronic ballast

Connecting these lamps requires the re-wiring of fluorescent lamp as follows: Remove the ballast, and the starter, and connect the two power cables directly to one of the two sockets at each end of the tube.

Part 1
Turn off the power, checking that no electrical current is flowing.

LED Tube Installation - Part 1

Part 2
Remove the fluorescent tube, join the two wires that feed into the ballast in the same contact and remove the starter (by cutting one of the starter wires, the starter is completely annulled).

Congratulations, you are using half as much electricity as 5 minutes ago!
